If your purchase is a Race-Ready 5.3 or 7.3 headset, your product carries a LIFETIME WARRANTY on parts and workmanship, EXCLUDING normal wear and tear or abuse of equipment. 

If you purchased the Race-Ready 9.3 Interceptor Intercoms, the warranty is 2 years from date of purchase on parts and workmanship, EXCLUDING normal wear and tear or abuse of equipment.
